Laura Sanders

Laura was wonderful. House sold very fast. Laura aided me in all that was required to close.

Laura and her team are simply the best! We were looking to get out of our old home quick and Laura told us with utmost confidence she would pull off what we thought was almost impossible - she followed through with every promise and went above and beyond. Our old home needed some fixing up before sale which was turned around in less than a week with Laura’s contracting network. She can put you in touch with high quality and affordable contacts who will get the job done and get it done right. Our old home was listed and sold within 2 days (at a premium) and we were into a beautiful new home only about 3 weeks later. The entire process of moving is ex...

What an amazing team- I had a great experience, so helpful every step of the way. 10/10 would highly recommend. very knowledgeable about the property.

I met Laura Sanders through one of my clients while renovating their home and we clicked immediately Since then I have referred her to multiple clients and listed my own home with her. I cannot thank The Laura Sanders Team enough for all their help, support and expertise. They make buying and selling a home easier than buying a car. Highly recommend them for your next real estate venture.

Great experience with Laura from beginning to end!

We had an incredible experience with Laura Sanders and her team! We were just starting to look around for a new home when we called Laura to get an idea of what our house might be worth. She came over quickly and presented us with a very professional package about our home and comps. We then unexpectedly found "the house" almost immediately. Our house wasn't quite market-ready, but Laura got it ready in record time! About 18 hours after striking a deal with the sellers, Laura had an entire team of folks descend upon our house to get it ready -- painters, cleaners, photographer. It was amazing! Four days after striking the deal, our house was on the ...

Tonya and Laura rescued us with a house we had been trying to sell for over 3 months! Their full concierge service helped us get the house ready to sell in a way that maximized the sale potential and they delivered! Within 2 days after putting the house on the market with the Laura Sanders team, we had a viable contract. We were never left to make decisions alone throughout the process. Laura and Tonya were on top of every aspect of the process…...from obtaining contractor bids to seeing the work through to completion, they were there for us and we were in capable hands! Buying a house with Laura was really easy! She is the best!

Laura and her team were amazing through the whole house purchasing process! She was able to get us into a great house that we love while always being there for us if we had questions. We appreciate all your help!

Laura and her team are the best ever. We have bought and sold many houses over the years and there is no one better than Laura Sanders and her team. We highly recommend going with the Laura Sanders team if buying and selling. Laura knows the market, is tops at communicating with her clients (along with her great team), is highly professional, and genuinely cares for her clients. Look no further for your real estate needs.

Excellent team, great support, great knowledge of market, excellent follow through. Highly recommend this team.

Laura Sanders, Lauren, and the rest of the Laura Sanders team absolutely knocked it out of the park with the sale of my home. Laura's poise, confidence, and knowledge of the greater STL area housing market was simply unmatched when it came to the realtors I interviewed when I went to sell my home. For context, I am not from the STL area and do not know the market very well. Not only did Laura provide way higher comps than I was expecting, she did what most realtors only promise to do, got us above asking price. She worked some really crazy hours, and was always available (even with the high number of clients she was showing houses to). I really appr...

I just knew I got the best real estate agents in St. Louis. I really did!! I tell folks all the time. Selling my house, furniture, & even closing - all made easy by Laura and Karen (mind you when I was living in another state! Oh and we got offers over listing price so quick I almost couldn't believe it). These ladies have every tool at their fingertips as well; totally tech savvy - my house sold ASAP after they listed on all their platforms. They really do sell a house every 3 days. Know the market. Good communicators. Hire this team.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Laura helped us to sell our home in April 2023. She was so professional and communicative through entire process. Our house sold immediately and I couldn't have been happier. Next, we spent the several months looking for our perfect home. We had a list of specific wants and even though it took awhile, Laura was always there helping us. She and Lauren would go the extra mile for inquiries and finding information. When we finally found our dream home, Laura was amazing at negotiations and getting us what we needed. They also helped us get in contact with several contractors to help get some repairs goi...

The team of Lauren Sanders and Karen Rafferty really made the first time home buying experience both convenient and understandable. I have nothing but praise for both of these women and I would highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs

We live out of town and when we sold our condo, Laura went out of her way to take care of everything we needed done. My wife says she's the best realtor we have dealt with.

I've had a wonderful experience working with Laura Sanders and her amazing team. Very personable and professional, you won't find a better real estate agent!

Laura and her team is excellent. I will work with her again for my next house transaction.

Laura and her team are amazing. Their attention to detail and how above and beyond they go for their clients cannot be beat. I refer her to everyone. If you want the Best of the Best in real estate look no further than the Laura Sanders Team.

Laura and Jenny are amazing. They get the house deal done quickly accurately and with no funny business. They put the client first.

Laura Sanders is THE BEST! I have purchased two homes and sold one with her. When she sold my house, she got me over asking price in 48 hours. She has always looked out for my best interests and offered great advice throughout each transaction. She and her team are a top notch, full service operation. I highly recommend The Laura Sanders Team if you’re buying or selling a home.

This was our second time working with Laura and we were very pleased with the entire selling process. Laura and her team are very professional and knowledgeable about real estate and truly help their clients in the best ways. We couldn’t recommend this team more for buying or selling a house!!

I cannot say enough about how Laura Sanders and her team exceeded every expectation we had when selling our home. I was skeptical about buying a home in this market, but Laura navigated it perfectly! I would highly recommend using her if you are thinking about selling your home or buying a new one. The process was easy, professional, and fast! Thank you to Laura and her team for all your help!!!

If I could put 10 stars I would! Great experience & smooth transaction. I highly recommend Laura and her team.

Highly recommend. Laura Sanders Team is the best of the best!

The Laura Sanders team made the buying process a BREEZE! From the quick communication to the overall friendliness of the entire team (Elise, Jenni, Laura) I couldn't have asked for more. If you want a realtor who is 100% on your side, this is the team you want. Elise was very knowledgable about current market value and knew what I was looking for; Laura knows how to make things happen within the industry; Jenni knew exactly how to word things in order to get the job done. What could have been an extremely frustrating situation for most, they took with stride. They never once made me feel like I had a 'to do list' and were extremely supportive throug...

Laura and Jenny are two of the most knowledgeable, capable, incredible people that I've worked with. I both listed a home for sale and purchased a home with the Laura Sanders Team, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the professionalism that these ladies showed. They were very responsive to all of my questions (no matter how silly or trivial it may have been), they kept me "in the know" at all times, and they were so flexible and kind with me and my kids (who came to MANY showings with me). I highly recommend that you call the Laura Sanders Team for all of your real estate needs. There is simply no one better in the business!

Made the whole process so easy! She was quick at responding and very helpful. And super fun!!

Great team to work with. They make the home buying/selling process as simple as it gets

Laura has helped my family buy and sell on more than one occasion. She is wonderful at what she does and has gone above and beyond to make us feel “right at home”! No reason I will ever look anywhere else. Thank you Laura!!!

We loved working with Laura and Jenny! Both went above what I would expect for realtor responsibilities to ensure we sold our house very quickly and smoothly. Their knowledge and judgement was extremely useful for us through this stressful process.

Laura and her team were more than amazing during our selling and buying process! It was a quick process for us since she was so knowledgeable and honest about everything. Their communication was amazing and we have already recommended her to family and friends. I have zero complaints about this team!

Great negotiator. Highly recommend. Brings a positive attitude every day.

We were lucky enough to meet Laura Sanders at an open house. My husband and I were relocating from out of state. It was a very stressful time and we were not having luck with other realtors finding us a home. From the moment we met Laura, we KNEW she would really work hard for us! Laura worked around our schedules and showed us every single house that we were interested in as well as others that were similar to our liking. I bet we saw at least 20 houses in one day! She was professional, organized, optimized our time, put our minds at ease and got our family exactly what we needed. I highly recommend Laura Sanders and her team.

I was very impressed with Laura. I was a first time home buyer and a Laura made the process very smooth and easy. I highly recommend her!

We sold and bought a house with Laura and had a very positive experience. Our house sold in days. She did a great job marketing our house and had open houses and used social media for a quick sale! She has fabulous photographer and a network of people if any last minute improvements or spruce ups before the listing Highly recommend!!!

The Laura Sanders Team took care of us while we bought one house and sold another. Laura and her team were wonderful on both accounts. Very professional and helpful, guiding us through every step of the process. Highly recommend them!

Laura and her team were professional and responsive. They found us our dream home and sold ours quickly and at a great price. I’d recommend her to anyone!

I purchased my office building and five rental properties with Laura Sanders. I have also sold two homes with her so I am very familiar with all aspects of buying and selling with Laura. She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. She did an excellent job finding me high paying rentals with low upkeep. She discouraged me from buying a property that would have been very hard to resell, which I appreciated. She is the best negotiator I have worked with in any aspect of business. She is kind and honest. She works very hard for her clients and I have really enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend the Sanders team to anyon...
